| Kate Moss by Rimmel in 01 - Rimmel Apocalips in Light Year and in Big Bang
The first two lipsticks I got were the Rimmel Apocalips in Light Year and Big Bang. Light Year seems a bit dark but it's just really 'your lips, but better' . Big Bang on the other hand is a color that really pops. You do need a mirror when putting on otherwise you'll look like the Joker. The staying power is better than the most lipsticks, but especially with the red one you'll need a few top-ups throughout the day you'll need to fix it. The color pay-off is something I've never seen! It's super opaque.
The Kate Moss by Rimmel lipstick is compared to the Apocalips less shiny. I like this one better because it is less shiny and you don't have to worry about smudging it all over the place. As for the color it is a darker red and suits every skine tone. I've been watching Zoella for a while now and everytime she wears this color it looks absolutly stunning on her, so I figured I should pick it up and try it out for myself.
If you want me to do a review on one of them, please let me know!
Hope you enjoyed! Lots of kisses .xx |

My lipstick obsession
I've never really was a girl who was into lipstick. I always thought it would look weird and always was afraid to get it all over my face. But since a couple of months ago I've been liking lipstick a lot more.

Makeup Haul
I went shopping today and altough I don't really need new things I couldn't resist and bought some bits and bops. It's only makeup, hair- and skincare.
The maybelline Color Tattoo is well known in the blogger world and I've only heard good things about it. So yeah, I had to pick it up haha. I can't wait to try it out!
My hair is so straight and I can't do anything to it. As I was walking through the shop I saw this texturizing salt spray. I tossed it into my basket and my day couldn't get any better. When I got home I immediatly tried it out. I really wanted this to work but sad enough it didn't do too much for my hair. It added a bit of texture but nothing too fancy. It weight my hair down and my hair got greasy real quick.
| Rimmel Super Wear Nailpolish - Vaseline Lip Therapy - HEMA nailpolish - Rimmel Apocalips - Maybelline Color Tatoo - Balmi - Diadermine Eye Repair Night Cream - Maybelline Fals Lash Telescopic |
| Batiste Dry Shampoo XXL Volume - Got 2B Beach Babe Texturizing Salt Spray - Batiste Dry Shampoo travel size |
One of my friends recommended the Batiste dry shampoo and picked it up. I have to say it leaves a white reisdue but you can easily brush it out.
| L'Oreal Eye Makeup Remover - HEMA Cotton pads - L'Oreal Miccelair Water |
Miccelair waters are really popular and I was happy when I saw this one. After shopping I took my makeup off using this and it's a miracle! My skin felt hydrated and nourished.
Most of the things I got were on sale so I had to pick it up. A couple of things I had to buy because I was running out of them, like the Maybelline False Lash Telescopic. But most of the things were things that were on my 'wanted list'.
I'm really happy with I got! Can't wait to try them all out.
If you want me to do a review on one of the things I got, please tell me!

The 30 Day Snap - Day 2: French Manicure with a twist
The 30 Day Snap - Day 2: French Manicure with a twist
Today I've been doing close to nothing. I know, yay for me and my oh-so-incredible life! But I've painted my nails and I should say that I'm so in love with it!
I went for a french manicure with a twist. I added these nail beads by Primark. I found these at Primark and they were a lot cheapier than the original Caviar Nail Beads, but just as good as the original ones! The beads were €3, an amazing deal!
Hope you liked it!

Summer holiday has started today so I felt like sitting back and enjoy a couple of magazines to keep up with the latest fashion statements. I've never wanted a holiday so badly!

Everyday Makeup Routine
My everyday makeup routine
For my first blogpost I thought I'd share the products I use on a daily base for my makeup during the summer. Weather in Belgium isn't great at all. It has been raining most of the time with bits of sun. For my makeup I'm caught myself reaching for pinky-toned makeup to brighten up the day.
For my foundation I use a MAC mineralize foundation. I'd say the coverage is medium, buildable up to a high coverage. This foundation is amazing! From time to time I have dry patches, but I find that this foundation doesn't cling to it. The foundation has lasted me ages and I still haven't hit pan, great!
As a blusher I'm using the MAC blush in Melba. I'm absolutely in love with this blush! It is a matte pinky blush with a peachy undertone. This hasn't got any shimmer to it, so it's so subtle. It's a powder blush and super blendable.
As for eyeshadow I'm not to keen on spending a lot of time on it during the summer. I go for a wash of shadow across the whole lid. I think Woodwinked by MAC is perfect for this. I notice that when I'm blending the shadow into my crease the color gets a bit darker (might just be me and my imagination...). I've put the shadow in a single container wich makes travelling a lot easier!
To define my lashline I use a Chanel longlasting eyepencil in Ebène. On days when I'm feeling like it, I go for a slightly winged-out look. Nothing too fancy.
On my lips I like to have a pop of color, but nothing too bold. I use this lipstick by Maybelline. It's very sheen and has a glossy finish.
To apply my makeup I LOVE using the Real Techniques brushes. They're amazing, especially for blending eyeshadows. The brush most on the left, the deluxe crease brush, I use to apply my foundation because I only use the tiniest amount on my cheeks.
The starter set comes with : a deluxe crease brush, base shadow brush, brow brush, accent brush and a pixel-point eyeliner brush.
